The 18 carat gold toilet was open to the public

The Guggenheim Museum in New York invited the public to go to the toilet of museum made of gold. Marioso Katlan, the Italian sculptor and artist, is the builder of this 18 carat gold toilet and set its name "America". According to the New Yorker, this interactive exhibition was held in one of the museum's public toilets. The Fifth Avenue Museum has described this art as "bold but not so polite" work. This toilet is placed in a part of those bathrooms that women and men can use it. Museum visitors, who pay the money for entrance, have the possibility to use this toilet. Guggenheim Museum says about this work that "this work is as a reminder of a common and inevitable physical reality of all humans". The aim of this exhibition is that show a luxury item to the public that is intended seemingly for a percentage of people. Katlan, the Milani artist said making the gold toilet was formed earlier this year in his mind. He introduced the economic inequality as the inspiration of his work.
